Licensed and insured, Jim Sims Contracting specializes in turnkey demolition projects providing pre-demolition consultations, asbestos inspections, abatement and removal of asbestos, lead base paint testing and remediation, and ensuring the responsible removal of buildings and structures while leaving property clean of all debris.

Jim Sims is the sole owner of Jim Sims Contracting. Prior to founding

Jim Sims Contracting in 1995, Jim spent 20 years as a high-end residential remodeler. This experience provided him with insight and experience on the construction side of the building industry, experience which has proven to be beneficial in formulating the proper approach plus safe and cost-effective methods to use for deconstructing and demolishing structures.
